Mobility essential pilds.
I having 2 surgeries in my left knee, 1 surgery in my right knee, 2 surgeries in my left shoulder , 1 surgery in my right shoulder, 1 surgery in my left elbow, if you see when I having any pain, I start taking Mobility essentials some times 4 bottles every year, believe me, I having no trouble for walk, run, jump and work very happy, free of pain, and is very chip if you compare with other medication., for me is the best medicine o supplement in all the planet Hearth. Good joint care supplement is good
This is a good glucosamine/Condroton supplement but it's not as effective as another one I've tried from a different company so I'm no longer using it. However, there are a lot of other Swanson's products that I love like vitamin D3, magnesium complex, Tart Cherry Extract & lots more! I love their great customer service & money back guarantee!

Best ever joint supplement I've ever taken!
Been using this at lower than recommended amount-(just 2-3 per day) and boy do I feel it when I run out. I've tried just glucosamine chondroitan MSM and got some relief from old achy joints but this works I would say 50% better.

Price Fluctuates
Good so far, have been using for over 15 years. Negative: price fluctuates, takes almost a year before it drops. Jumps from 8 and change to 12 and change. Unfortunately you have to buy in bulk, to afford it while on sale. They track what you order the most and raise the price.

Although I have only been using this product tor about 2 months I have noticed that I receive some flexibility support. I only wish it would require less capsules per dose.
