Nattokinase works very well. I have been taking it for about 10 years as a "blood thinner" because I have paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. I have about 2 episodes a year of a fib and so far have had no clotting problems. 195 mg per day seems to an optimal dose for me and is very economical. If anyone is interested there are several NIH studies.

This product appears to be effective, however I still need to try it for about 6 months in order to give you a full evaluation. I would recommend Swanson for some of their products. As a professional nutritionist I have tested quite a few on my own body before I suggested it for my clients. Also, quite a few I have found not to be effective. The only thing I don't like about Swanson – the company – is that they play around with the prices. I got one product very inexpensively many months ago and now it is more expensive – even though they have all of these emails offering various discounts, the items still come out to be more expensive. Personally, I don't really like that kind of marketing!

I don't know about its real efficiency but I hate eating real natto and this is the easy way of getting your fill of this supplement that is known to have great benefits for your heart.

I had been using nattokinase and then saw this product that it was cheaper so decided to try it but had to stop using it because it made me sick to my stomach. I took as directed on label but shortly after taking it I would begin vomiting. Obviously from reading the reviews not everyone has this experience. All I know is when I stopped taking it, no more upset stomach.

I haven't noticed a difference in my health so I'm not a good reviewer. I'm not sure what Nattozimes are for but my neighbor takes them for her hips. She rec. them to me so I gave them a try.
