Highly disappointed in this product, containing soy. I didn't realize my allergic reaction was from this product, after taking it for over a month. Didn't realize the soy in this vitamin was the problem. I have many products I take everyday from Swanson and they have no soy in them. I thought swanson did not use soy, but will have to check all Swanson products.

It's the perfect dosage of natural E. The quantity is perfect. It gives me the chance for a good test run to see if it will help my brain health as I have some degenerative brain damage. I heard about this on a forum so I guess we'll see.

I like it and I like the idea of taking it. However; my body flushes like a mad woman several hours after taking it. I've already got hot flashes, this on top of that was just too much. I guess I didn't do enough homework. Sorry Swanson. :(

These were recommended for my horse by the ECIR Group. The large dose makes it easy to measure for a 900 lb horse! And he eats the capsules along with his other supplements.
