I really liked that these vitamins didn’t have a horrible smell and the softgel capsules make them easy to swallow. I also liked how this vitamin E dI-Alpha is plant based and derived from soybeans. These are great antioxidants so not only is this vitamin great for things like your hair, skin, nails, it’s also great for your heart and immunity. I would definitely recommend these vitamins.
