Doesn't Work
I got this for aiding digestion and aiding bowel movements. It had no effect whatsoever in either case. Very disappointing.

Bowel health wonderful easy capsule
Gut health to stay regular bowels need this. I have a crimped colon so I'm told therefore I rarely go more than 1 x a day so I take this every morning and 1 every afternoon, helps me to move it move it.

Poor number of viable organisms
This products claims 3 billion viable organisms. I use 10 capsules for yogurt starter and it takes a day to get any reaction. I have done this twice which tells me there are very few viable organisms in this product.
