Swedish Style Beef & Pork Meatballs - Frozen - 26oz - Good & Gather™

These are really soft and chewy. So disappointed

Prepared 4 bags in crockpot on high for 8hrs. Used the suggested sauce recipe on bag and these turned out delicious. The meatballs and sauce taste nothing like IKEA from my perspective but it is a good Swedish meatball and tasty recipe in a different way.

Tastes like sausage. Lots of tiny bone fragments. I will not buy these again. Originally purchased base on high ratings from Target shoppers, won’t do that again either!

I’m a huge fan of ikea Swedish meatballs but don’t live close enough to get them. I ordered their sauce packets on Amazon and with these meatballs it’s a perfect dupe! My only complaint - the bag I just got has a lot more bone shards than I’m used to. Like almost every meatball has had at least one, I just had a meatball that had five shards so chew cautiously I guess!

We love these meatballs and use them to make a Swedish meatball stroganoff type dish. It’s a one pot wonder! We cook the meatballs in a pot, browning on all sides, about 5 or so minutes. Add a few cups of beef stock and a shake of nutmeg and allspice, then boil. Once boiling, we add frozen peas and a bunch of egg noodles until those are cooked. To finish we add a bunch of sour cream and stir until smooth. It’s so, so good!

I am picky with my meatballs and this is a really good meatball. I made this for a weekend lunch for my kids over the weekend and they had friends over and everyone enjoyed them! I would recommend to purchase these.

Good news, no bugs in my bag as per a previous reviewer. I do agree with other reviews the meatballs are a bit salty. In preperation for this I ommitted as much salt as I could from the gravy I made. It was still salty but we enjoyed our meal. We will use them again.

When cooking, they smell and look amazing however the taste was just.. off. Did not taste like meatballs and couldn’t finish eating them.

They tasted okay but are waaayyyyy too salty. 1 serving is 25% of your daily sodium

Perfect for quick lunch or dinner, very flavorful. Reminds of IKEA Swedish meatballs. These will definitely stay in rotation.

These meatballs were so gross. I honestly bought them because of the great reviews. The smell got me nauseated and I couldn’t even finish eating one of them.
