Great salad kit! I love a good kale salad and this one is the best, even better than ones you get at restaurants. The pumpkin seeds and cranberries are a nice addition to add a bit of crunch and sweetness while still being healthy. I don’t use all the dressing as I find it doesn’t need it and add some avocado in and protein to make it a meal. It also keeps really well if you only add dressing to the portion you eat.

im not able to use the dressing in most salad kit because of the egg yolks, I'm allergic to eggs and dairy I prefer a vegan diet, I do enjoy the the salad mix itself with my child paste or in addition to my Thia style rice noodles. We liked the Kale kit, but it does not last as long as they state. It is pretty good too. Tonight I found another use for it For some reason I thought the Cilantro Lime Chicken came with rice, it does not. There weren't suggestions as to what would go with it. I had the Kale kit in the fridge. I followed the directions for the Cilantro Lime Chicken, then put it over the greens from the kale( not the dressing packet) It tasted really good together. There was enough of the cilantro lime sauce to be the kale mix dressing. Liked it, super simple, and easy clean up.
