The bag had mostly moldy potatoes. When you shopping on Shipt, the general expectation is the shopper checks for rotten items. Most of the potato’s were marked up with dark mold spots and white mold coming out of ends.

Rotten potato
When I went to grab the bag of sweet potatoes to take them out of the bag, my hand squished on a rotten potato—— I discarded the potato of course, and dumped them all into the sink to wash the rest of them that got soiled… very disappointing…

rotten and leaking
I have tried several times to purchase groceries from Target due to the ease of the pick up and delivery service, but I've continuously been disappointed. I ordered 2 bags of these sweet potatoes and picked them up at my local store. before getting home I could smell them from the trunk of my vehicle. when I did go to my trunk they were actually leaking and rotten. How was this even put in my order? I am annoyed that someone actually shopped my order and decided to give me obviously spoiled food that leaked juice in my car and wasted my time . I would have preferred a text letting me know they no longer had the item. I've ordered these before and they were hollow inside. I guess this was my last try and I will have to travel and pick out my own sweet potatoes elsewhere.

Spoiled, rotten sweet potatoes
I was sent a bag of rotten sweet potatoes. They are not throwing away old vegetables. They leave them out. This is disgusting. I’ll never buy groceries from target again. No expiration date on the bag I ordered delivery because I am elderly and can barely walk. This is what I get in return for paying extra delivery fee and driver tip totally a rip off and dishonest.
