Q: I purchased the swifter duster heavy duty mop...it extends to 6ft...however it keeps sliding back...how do you lock these into place?
A: Mine does not stay extended either. I start out with it at the 6 foot mark but it does not lock and goes back down. What am I doing wrong

Q: I purchased the heavy duty thinking it had a better dusting material as in the picture it looks different than a regular swiffer duster but what I received is the same material as a regular swiffer. What makes it heavy duty?
A: Thank you so much for your question. The main difference is that, the Heavy Duty Dusters contain 50% more fibers than regular Swiffer Dusters, allowing them to trap and lock up way more dust and allergens than a regular Swiffer duster.

A: Our apologies for any confusion, but the handle does not lock. It uses friction to keep the pole extended. You may not be applying enough pressure, or too much.

A: That's a great question. This product extends up to three feet with an extendable duster handle that pivots and locks into four different positions. The head itself does not bend. The Swiffer Dusters Heavy Duty Extender Handle Dimensions, 13.58 x 10.63 x 2.83 inches.

Q: What Swiffer refills are to be used on the 6 foot long cleaner?
A: Thank you for asking about which refills you can use with the 6 Foot Super Extending Duster. You can use any Swiffer Dusters with it. Our Heavy Duty 360 degree Dusters are great for cleaning high and low, tight spaces and open ones. You can use either side of the Duster to clean. If you have areas that you need specific placement to get clean, our one-sided regular Dusters would be great.
