Q: Are these refills with 18 in the box still the good, soft ones - as pictured - or the new (dreadful and useless) ones with the dark blue polka-dot sheets added? Thank you.
A: Thank you so much for your question. This product you are referring to is the one sided Swiffer Duster refills and they are as soft as always! Just notice that, the one you mentioned seems to be the 10ct one.

Q: I do not seem to be able to get my expandable handle through these duster sheets - it goes in but then pops out halfway through the sheet. Is there a trick to attaching these correctly? Thank you!

Q: Your information reads 10 count, but the package says 18 count. Which is it?
A: the picture I see on my online order even says 40 count for the order choice is 10 or 18. VERY MISLEADING.

Q: Does the handle come included?
A: Hello Ali! Thank you for your inquiry. This product includes only the duster refills. We also offer packages called starter kits, which include both the duster handles and refills.
