I tried to replace the batteries on the mop but can’t find my way. I removed screws at the top and at the base but can’t open it…. Help please

We use this to clean up messes every day, our floor always looks like I just spent hours mopping it. I love that I can spray for any really tough messes, but we rarely have to use more than a few sprays in the whole house. This thing puts in the work, we love it!

I am disabled but still want to help around the house. your swifter is perfect for me to help, trouble is they only last about 3 floor cleanings ! Terrible quality control. I change batteries and make sure everything is tight and still do not work. Would I recommend them NO

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this mop for a couple months now and I really like how extremely easy and accessible it is to use. The Swiffer Wet Jet is lightweight and always ready for any mess or spill or quick cleaning. First of all, this mop is a breeze to set up and takes 2 double A batteries, and pop on the solution and your all set! The Swiffer wet jet pads, are strong and very durable! They have a good scrubbing pad to get stuck on things off your floor. The solution also smells really nice and leaves my floor nice and clean feeling, not sticky or like it has film stuck. Once your done cleaning with the pad, you just pull it off and throw it rite in the trash! The Swiffer wet jet weighs about 3-4lbs and so small and thin you can hang it just about anywhere. I am very happy with this Swiffer wet jet mop and so thankful I have no more wringing out of and cloth mop.

the pads seem to be much thinner than they were and dont work nearly as well as before. it is not the same

Only reason gave it one star they didn't have anything lower to choose. The first one I bought the motor broke off the pump after a month of use. I thought it was just a fluke so got another one it lasted a week same problem. My wife like them so got another one. This time it lasted a little over two months then the motor quit working. It had voltage at motor terminals diode check good so motor windings must be open. My advice don't waste your money.

This is the cleaning solution that we use for our Swiffer because I often find the hardwood floor one is often out of stock. I don’t notice much of a difference between the two - and this one has a terrific scent and cleans extremely well with the pad system they have.

I LOVE my swiffer! I just wish that the cleaner refills were a tad cheaper! The gain cleaner leaves my floors shiny & clean!

Swiffer has been my favorite since it came out. As I have mentioned in past reviews, I like EASY .Swiffer wetjet makes cleaning the floor quick & easy. I know its clean the first time, no going over it again. The best part, they have added the fresh scent of gain, my other favorite. I love the smell of Gain & I love how easy/convenient Swiffer WetJet is. These definitely freshen up the whole house without being overpowering. They give a nice shine to your hardwoods without damaging them, they're affordable & a little bit goes a long way so they will last you for a while. I absolutely love them!

Love using the product but cannot give it 5 stars due to the lack of an unscented version. I have exotic parrots in my home and they have super sensitive respiratory systems. No Febreeze, no candles, no plug ins. And now, alas, no more Swiffer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Swifter Wet Jet for personal home use. I waited a week to use it. I removed it from the box, got my magnifying glass to read the directions on the side of the box, and assembled the product. I then got a stronger magnifying glass to go with my reading glasses to read the instructions to insert the cleaning solution into the unit. I couldn't find if the button there was a lock, but everytime I touched, the solution ejected. I heard a click and the solution seemed to be secure. I placed the pad on the unit with the blue stripe towards the unit as the picture showed solid white away from the unit. It didn't stick. When I reversed it, it sticks. So, now I'm ready. I hit the button to begin. There is solution spraying and suddenly, pop, the solution ejects. I've done maybe a one foot section. I click it back in. I do another foot. Pop. This is repeated. I don't have my receipt. It was a little mistake I made by throwing it out, but this Swifter will be going the way of the receipt. It will not be replaced. My recommendation? Don't bother with this unless you can really see well, but be sure to save your receipt.

I really like this product, but do not see a NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS Logo. Sadly I am against animal testing as it is inhumane. Can you tell me if this product is tested on animals?

The scent lasts a couple of days and it works just like the original swifter wetjet liquid. Its a win-win!
