This has helped my back but after a few continuous hours, the memory foam stays flat and takes a while to rebound. It is what it is though, for the most part it has definitely improved the way I sit in my seat. Love the old SUVs but the seats are trash, this pillow makes them bearable.

Memory foam feels high quality and the cover is easy to clean. Doesn't slide around either. I use this daily for my desk chair and occasionally in the car — makes a big difference for lower back strain.
