Matten finish and silver toned( intend to dislike gold tones lol) however it was a pain for my husband and I to install it. I gave it 4 stars because It wasn't as quick as we thought it would be, and the bad thing about being a double sided light lamp is that it dims the light, so it appears less bright. Otherwise it's a simple yet fancy light. Would definitely Recommend for higher ceilings.

Lightweight and doesn't require a lot to install. Perfect addition to our hall and brightens up the area very well. Came packaged neatly and safe from damage.

For the past few months, I've known it was time to replace the flourescent light in my kitchen with its constant flickering and failure to power on 98% of the time; I just did not know what I was going to get to replace it until I saw Globe Electric's gorgeous brass Sydney hanging Pendant Light. With its understated elegant clear glass outer shade and frosted glass insert, I feel like I am starring on the glamourous, nighttime soap opera DYNASTY as I sit and work at my kitchen island with it hanging overhead.

It works very well in our kitchen area. we enjoy the lighting because it is precisely lighting the area we want lit. I would highly suggest anyone that is looking for a good lighting source to look no Further than the Sydney lighting.
