I have really liked most of Target's salads. The Nashville Hot and Chopped Ceasar being our favorites. Some of the others are too mayonnaise forward for me but I consider that personal preference, not a failing of the product. This Taco salad however was so salty that none of us wanted to finish it. It's just a salt salad, no other flavor. Maybe I got a bad batch, but I won't be trying it a second time to find out.

I would give it 4.5 if I could. I love Target's salad kits and this one is no exception. It's really good. My only complaint is that my bag was probably 80% red cabbage, 20% lettuce. It was way out of balance. I'll try it again and see if it's a theme because it tasted delicious.

Salad kit wasn't expired but had moldy cheese in the kit
Bought this salad kit the other day and opened it to find the cheese they included in the kit had mold on it. It’s still many days till expiration. I took a pic and told the customer service at the store I bought it from. They did nothing because I didn’t bring the bag with moldy cheese back. Sorry it went right in the trash. At least maybe they could’ve offered a new bag. Thanks Target for selling me moldy food and doing nothing about it.
