I was really surprised how crunchy the pieces were in the icecream but not too keen on having to really dig into the icecream to get to the other layers underneath to eat in one scoop. However, after the first few bites, it becomes increasingly easier to mix the layers in every bite and it was delicious and worth the initial work to dig out!

You can have just a few spoonfuls instead of the commitment to a ice cream cookie sandwich. The issue i found was you need to eat several spoonfuls to get to all the layers. If you only have 1 or two then you can't quite get to the bottom layers. Overall it is very good and I would purchase again.

It really does capture a snicker doodle cookie well. My only complaint was that it is very hard to mix in container because it is filled completely.
