took an hour to put this together, only to find parts missing at the end. because it is a partner item and not directly from target, customer service does nothing to help. they told me to take ot back to my target. that seems incredibly unfair. wasted an hour setting it up and then will waste another hour unassembling it. then another hour round trip to drive to the store to return. none of this is my fault, as they shipped me anitem that was incomplete and did not do their end of the deal by sending what i paid them for. target's customer service has unfortunately been getting worse and worse. i will not be giving them my time or money as they are constantly doing things like this.
