Not bad at all! Pretty simple to put together and does its job . Looks like furniture . The only two issues I have: 1. when using cleaning spray or any product , it just kind of sits on top of the material and it just seems to spread it around . 2. My cats can easily open the doors when they are inside . You know how cats like to scrape anywhere but in the litter . Next thing you know I’ll see them looking at me while they are pooping . Might try to zip tie or Velcro . Otherwise it’s good

This thing is cheap!! There were imperfections you could tell the manufacturer fixed with some sort of paint before shipping. Very flimsy, poor quality.
