This is a heavy and overall sturdy bookcase requiring moderate amount of effort for assembly. Pros: as expected, the design is good for anti-tipover, plus the materials are heavy; the instructions are overall easy to follow, parts are labeled with clear stickers. Cons: it is still a bit shaky, possibly due to the space below the drawers; the instructions have some discrepancies, for example, when inserting the handle of the drawers, it is better to use the additionally provided longer screws rather than the mentioned ones on the instructions; the suggested insert location of the sliding rails is actually misaligned (see the photos), if you move the insertion forward by one hole, the drawers will fit in better, though not fully; I also tried using electric screw driver for wood screws, and the force nearly scattered the woodchip on the surface, thus I would recommend doing this slowlier manually.

It is very cheap and flimsy in person, the building instructions did not match the pieces. Some of the wood splintered off and broke into a million pieces and made it so you could no longer build the unit. The whole shelf once built was lopsided, and none of the screws would go in all the way without breaking the wood. Do not recommend.

This was just what I was looking for! I got this for my dressing room and it's perfect. It's large enough to fit a handful of things without looking bulky in the room. It's also aesthetically pleasing! The instructions were clear and assembly was pretty easy!
