Four of the drawers arrived with their corners chipped off so that the drawers now have jagged sharp edges... all on the sides where the knob is fitted in too, so the outward facing side that my kids would be touching (I bought this to use as an arts and crafts supplies cart). No option to have replacement parts sent, just expected to return the cart (which my husband had already spent over an hour assembling before he realized the issue) for a refund. Really annoying. Clearly they are not packaging it well enough / it's very cheap quality.

Love this product! I used it to organize office supplies and crafts in my spare bed. The room is small, so I wanted something that could be concealed in the closet but easily accessible. This is perfect! Easy to assemble and very sleek. 2 of the 4 wheels have locks so it will stay in place. Would recommend!!!!
