I received the chairs un-assemble (which I knew) in a 5'x 2 1/2' box and all pieces were there and packaged well. After 2 1/2 hours I had both chairs assembled and the last screw split the wood on the back of the one chair. Emailed Target and asked for a replacement back not a refund. Was told only refund full and I would need to deliver to Target. So time is money so I would need to dis-assemble, package in hopes no damage would be done, lift this 50 lb. box and drive 20 miles Target on my dime. So sadly, I opted to cut my losses and went to hardware store purchased wood glue, sand paper, a slender screw and mended the back of the chair myself. Sad

These are cute in looks but they aren’t bright like the pictures. The wood was chipped in quite a few places but I’m keeping them because my husband can fix those issues. I’m upset about the dim dull and darkness of the wood but I plan to white wash it so I’ll make it work.
