These chairs are exactly what I was looking for. We have a bar built next to our pool and it’s taller than a standard bar. I wanted “lifeguard“ chairs to blend with the decor and they are perfect. I had been looking for chairs like these for 3 years. I had resigned myself to having to build them myself. They are sturdy and were very easy to assemble by myself; however, I did use a battery-operated screwdriver to speed up the process. The chairs are comfortable to sit in and they do not sink into the ground. They were more than I wanted to spend, but easier than building them myself. Since they are made of a composite material, I expect that they will last a long time.
