Iam a diabetic type 2-- I treat myself every now and then, these are perfect and doesn't raise my blood sugar. The last time I ate a cupcake this soft, delicious and moist was in the 70's. Thank you so much for all the effort you do for your customers.

I have been eating these cupcakes since I was a little kid.. Im 35 years old now!! They are absolutely delicious and addicting lol...I just recently got a box and all the cupcakes have no cream filling. I knew something was off after the first bite. I'm sure tastykake will make it right!! They are a great company and have been around a long time for a reason!

I started eating these about a week ago, and I absolutely love them. I've never heard of the brand before, and seems like the older reviews are complaining of a recipe change. However, I'm not familiar with how they tasted 'before', I am so addicted to these I left my house last night at 9pm to go to the store and buy more. They are amazing! These used to be the best commercially- produced cupcakes around. They’re not anymore. They’re so small, less icing, way less filling, flavor and texture is not good and definitely not the same! I’d rather pay more for the old quality product rather than see a company ruin a once-favorite snack. This is not your childhood Tastycake! (The Butterscotch Krimpets suck now too!) BUMMER! 👎👎👎

I am a retired Baker and love buttercream icing and if made literally thousands of pounds of it and I've enjoyed these cupcakes quite honestly my whole life and they've recently changed the icing recipe and have unlimited butter and the taste is no longer the same and it's just too sweet may as well just be regular icing with the new look and Design they cut cost on the ingredients and obviously the product itself is smaller and I do have to admit Hostess as an awesome chocolate cupcake

I'm old enough to remember what REAL Tastycakes used to taste like-back when WHOLESOME ingredients were used, and Tasty products tasted like FOOD. This latest formulation-because it indeed was formulated by food "scientists" and created in a lab- is revolting.Its an oily, chemical-aftertaste mouthful of mush. There's no "butter" in the buttercreme(deliberately not spelled "cream" bc there's no cream!), no "crumb" to the cake, and I'm sickened not only after eating this poison, but by the knowledge that this corporation would actually manufacture something this terrible and put it on grocery store shelves!! Never again will I buy or eat anything peddled by your company-not even if you gave it away.

I know I have a problem, but these are the 1st packaged cupcake that I can want to eat the whole box. I fight the urge to want and indulge by eating every one. But normally when I can find them, 2 pack minimum per consumption. Love these!!!!!

I’ve purchased my last box. These cupcakes are like two bite cupcakes. Like everything else shrinking size while price increases. Funny though, seems outside packaging hasn’t changed. Misleading so you think you’re purchasing what you’ve always had in the past. I’ll go back to baking my own.

Waited so long to eat one; when they finally arrived and I eat the cake i was a bit disappointed. My childhood memories were better tasting. I still enjoyed it with a cup of milk.
