For the album: Another amazing addition to Taylor's discography. A few songs did have to grow on me, but overall it's very solid and around half the tracklist are major highlights. Cornelia Street, Soon You'll Get Better & Daylight are my current top 3. She really can't make a bad album.
For the deluxe packaging: I love how Taylor has given physical copies a little something extra for the past few eras. For 1989 it was a pack of polaroids, for reputation they were magazines, now for Lover it's personal diaries. There's a poster included as well, which is great because I always enjoy a good poster. The diary idea is great and provides an additional reason to get the actual CD instead of just buying it digitally. It's nice to get an exclusive peek into her life and see how she was really feeling on certain days.
Wow. I am in love with Lover. It's a masterpiece, a true masterpiece. Seeing the Lover display is like walking into a museum and seeing the best painting ever except even better because each TRACK is a MASTERPIECE. Beautiful, awesome, genuine. Taylor is a genius.
I love this album! Another #1 from Taylor & it deserves to be. Can't stop listening to it. Great songs! I always get the Target exclusive versions of Taylor's albums. I love the extra content that's included.
