Disappointed long-time user
I've been using this product since I was 16 (I just turned 30), and noticed in the past year or so that my hair is SO much dryer than it ever has been. I wondered if it was my water quality, so I bought a really nice water filter... no change. Last week my hairdresser said that I should look into changes in their formula, and what do you know, they changed it along with their rebrand last year. Very disappointed, and sad to know that paul mitchell has cheapened my favorite product :( will be looking for a new one as soon as I run out.

SAD! Seems Watered Down REcently
I've been using this product for years. Lately, the conditioner feels watered-down. I'm very disappointed. I LOVE Paul Mitchell products and use several of them exclusively. I pray they return to an older formula that isn't watered down. I also pray they don't start watering all of their products down. Stay classy, Paul Mitchell!!

My only complaint about this product is the price. It's so good!! It's the only conditioner that works for my very curly hair. Every few years, I'll try a cheaper brand, and it's just a mess… I always return back to this!!

My family can't stand to hug me. It smells like imitation fresh grass scent. I didn't totally hate it at first, but when separate people made comments about how unpleasant my hair now smells, I knew they couldn't all be wrong. It aggravated my son's asthma. It's very potent!! Way too expensive to walk around smelling like a chemical lab

Been using this for past several years .... during COVID, brought something else and my hair actually got thinner in front!!! Ordered online and got Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner and gradually hair started to "thicken back up". I use another product when hair is damp --- Moroccan Oil (blue/green box with orange lettering). I find this gives another "layer" to the hair .... leaving it soft and manageable. Absolutely must try the Tree Tree products ...

The first time I used this product was when my stylist used this for me. I immediately loved it and the scent. It leaves my hair soft and moisturized. I have dry curly hair and have a difficult time finding something that works. So, later I returned and purchased it. I loved the natural lavender scent and it the fact that it remained in my hair even the day after washing it. The only thing is that there doesn't seem to be consistency with the intensity of the scent between batches. I'll have one that it's strong and fills up my bathroom when I use it and lasts until the next day and the next one it's hardly noticeable during my shower let alone shortly after. But it does perform consistently and that is what keeps me buying it.

My all time ever favorite conditioner. I have finer hair, which tangles easily. I use 3 to 4 pumps of this product. It leaves my hair much easier to comb out. Love the smell too. Not over fragranced or cloying like so many on the market.
