I have used this for years. I usually buy the gallon size and refill my bottle at home and at work, last time I bought the liter for home. I noticed it is considerably thicker and my hair immediately felt stripped and overly washed. I have also noticed my hair feeling dryer. I'm not sure what you guys did different Paul Mitchell, but I'm not loving it and I'm going to be really sad if I have to quit using my favorite shampoo because of the change. I also recommend the shampoo to most of my clients and I'm sure they will be very disappointed with the change as well.

Hoping week 7 is the week this arrives. Very disappointed in the delays.

Smells amazing. That minty feeling on the scalp really makes you feel like you've really cleaned your scalp well. I love tea tree products in general, and I'm hoping to try some more out sometime soon

the scent on this shampoo is heavenly. It's such great bang for your buck and will leave your hair smelling nice for days! The packaging is sleek and looks nice in Any bathroom cupboard and the texture is nice and smooth.

I have dry straw hair due to hypothyroidism this is the best shampoo to combat this. It leaves hair super clean and brings life back into it

Causes very bad hair loss. I’m missing a whole chunk in one place and it’s thinning in others. I’ve never had this issue with any shampoo and it only started when I used this one and then I did some research and learned they had a class action.

I've used this shampoo for years and my most recent bottle is just not the same. Whatever formula change that happened was for the worse unfortunately

The duo- shampoo and conditioner, is actually really nice. The shampoo is soft and silky and makes my scalp actually feel moisturized. Now with the conditioner- it’s very velvet like, you might think you’re not rinsing it out good enough, but that’s just how it feels. I’d say give this a try if you struggle with itchy scalp and dry hair!

This shampoo smells amazing. It has a nice minty sensation when you use it. This has been the best shampoo I've used when my scalp is dry is usually around the winter time.

I liked this shampoo but it isnt my favorite of their tea tree line. Ironically enough this shampoo left my scalp feeling much drier than usual rather than moisturized.
