I have used this for years. I usually buy the gallon size and refill my bottle at home and at work, last time I bought the liter for home. I noticed it is considerably thicker and my hair immediately felt stripped and overly washed. I have also noticed my hair feeling dryer. I'm not sure what you guys did different Paul Mitchell, but I'm not loving it and I'm going to be really sad if I have to quit using my favorite shampoo because of the change. I also recommend the shampoo to most of my clients and I'm sure they will be very disappointed with the change as well.

Causes very bad hair loss. I’m missing a whole chunk in one place and it’s thinning in others. I’ve never had this issue with any shampoo and it only started when I used this one and then I did some research and learned they had a class action.

Best for itchy scalp and dry hair
The duo- shampoo and conditioner, is actually really nice. The shampoo is soft and silky and makes my scalp actually feel moisturized. Now with the conditioner- it’s very velvet like, you might think you’re not rinsing it out good enough, but that’s just how it feels. I’d say give this a try if you struggle with itchy scalp and dry hair!
