Just when you thought you found the perfect shampoo they went and changed their formula. Now my hair feels dry and waxy. This is terrible. Please bring back the old formula.

My ALL-TIME FAVORITE shampoo. I absolutely LOVE Paul Mitchell Shampoo One. The coconut smell is lovely and it leaves my hair squeaky clean. I have naturally thick hair that gets oily if I don't wash every other day. This routine has kept my hair beautiful for years, so thanks Paul Mitchell. As a Registered Nurse, I am thankful for the organic ingredients. I have used this on my children (and dog). I also recommend Paul Mitchell products to anyone with allergies. Lastly, I appreciate that they do not test on animals!!! That is a HUGE deal. I do not buy shampoo or cosmetics that are tested on animals.

I REALLY dislike this shampoo and conditioner. My hair doesn’t feel clean, it feels like it is both dried out AND has a coating on it. My hair is fine and normally soft, this just makes it feel gross and look dull.

I would recommend this product when you may have very dirty hair or lots of buildup. This shampoo I learned about in hair school and it helped with clients with really dirty hair. This shampoo really strips all of that build up from the hair and scalp, but can take the moisture as well. So if you need to use this shampoo I would highly suggest using a hydrating shampoo and conditioner immediately after. Or your hair will be screaming because it needs hydration! I would highly recommend for straight to wavy hair textures. As for my curly girls your curls will hate you because of all of the sulfates so stay away from this one.

this is good for the whole family. Don't ever discontinue it or change it. Great for hair that gets oily. gentle enough to be used every day after a workout. Keeps kid's hair soft. I keep seeing that the liter is out of stock and there is no refill pouch. Hence why I am writing this review, people love this shampoo. If you are reading reviews and wondering if this shampoo is one you want to give a try. Here's my advice DO IT!
