We bought 2 of these chairs. 3 out of the 4 arms were not cut correctly so the holes didn't align. Luckily we were able to correct it ourselves. So warning - open and check that all the pieces will fit and align and if it doesn't, take pictures. We didn't so Lamps Plus didn't accept our concerns. Otherwise, after the correction: they are solid chairs and great looking

Easy to put together and very sturdy. Quality seems very good. They look great on my back porch.
