Not sure about the effectiveness.
Kitty finds these tasty but I cant speak to the effectiveness of the hairball control. Does not seem to have made a difference in that realm but she enjoys them so it's not a total loss.

Works well on hairballs, all the cats love them.
This product is now called “Indoor care” but, it is the same product. My foster cats love these. They also work well on hairballs both in those you kitty is trying to expel and also works somewhat in prevention. I wish the ingredients were better quality, but it is the standard grocery/big box pet store treat. I have tried other higher quality hairball treats and hairball gel with no success. These are in regular rotation in my pantry.

My cats LOVE them!
All of my cats love them! I have a foster cat that was traumatized, scared and not eating upon arrival. She refused anything offered to her for days. These treats were one of the first things that I could get her to eat! Not only do I feed them to my cats, I donate them to no-kill shelters, and take them to feral colonies that I am helping to TNR. All of the cats love them!

These treats help and my cat loves them.
My cat is very furry and hairballs are our constant issue. These treat do work!!!! She stopped throwing up as often as she used to. They are crunchy and my cat loves that. Natural ingredients, packaged well. Good value for the price. Recommend!

My cats love Temptations
I have two large cats and they love these treats. They seem to go on sale quite often, that’s when I stock up on them. Even though the bag is big, my cats go through them very quickly. They have no issues with hairballs.

Busted Tide
I love target shipping. It’s very fast. The only complain I have whoever does the packing needs to learn a lot. My tide soap powder was put on top of these. It did not hurt them. But there was soap powder all over everything The soap powder boxes should be in bit plastic bags, at least that would prevent the soap from being all over the box I contacted customer service online. It must have been a computer because they did not understand what I was saying. They asked if I wanted it replaced or a refund I said I wanted it replaced. I was only expecting one box but they sent me all 3 totally amazing thank you target
