Tempur-Pedic Neck Pillow Standard Medium: Extra Firm Support, Universal Sleeper, Polyester Cover, Foam Fill

For the money, I was really expecting great results but this pillow hurts really bad! It’s extremely hard. It’s uncomfortable to the neck and back. My 3 year old even pushed it back on my side of the bed when I tried to switch it for the cloud pillow I also purchased. Very disappointed

This pillow puts every other neck-supporting pillow I’ve ever used to shame. The keys are it’s geometry and it’s stiffness.

I’m replacing a TEMPUR-neck pillow that lasted me 10 years, and I expected the same feel from the new pillow of the exact same style. Unfortunately, it’s nothing like the original. The shape has changed — the neck support section increased from 3” to 3-1/2”, which isn’t the main issue. The bigger problem is the other side. It used to be flat, but now it curves upward. As a stomach sleeper, this makes it uncomfortable and harder to use. Even worse, the pillow is no longer soft — it’s extremely hard compared to my old one. I replaced my worn-out pillow hoping for the same comfort, but this feels like a completely different product. Very disappointing. Not worth the replacement.

Not even close to what I expected from a company of this size and reputation. Main disappointment was the size of the pillows.

Pillow is a lot smaller than you think. It is comfortable but I wish I got a bigger one.

I ordered two small neck pillows. My wife loves her pillow. I like mine but im definitely ordering a medium for my self next time.

It’s thick and well made. I anticipate this pillow lasting for a long time. It helps my neck pain.

I have had many neck pillows like this, from this company and I have loved everyone. But this one is too hard to even try to get over it to get to sleep.

I cannot rate it higher than 3 because it’s not quite as tall as I needed.

While I appreciate the neck support, this pillow is so firm that it's like sleeping on a nicely shaped rock. It would be nice to have support while still feeling comfort.

I have been using Tempurpedic pillows for years now and have never been disappointed. I have suffered chronic migraines off/on for many years and this pillow has helped me immensely. They are worth the cost!

The pillow is so hard. It appears to be made out of a different material than the old pillow that I had for about 8 years that I love so much, that was supposed to be the exact same thing that I ordered. It is even a different color. I have been using it for a few weeks and I wake up so many times and have to switch out my pillows. I have not been able to get it to form to my neck. I wish I would have got one that was a medium and one that was a large but the one I had that was a large in the past fit perfectly for my neck. I bought two so it is really a bummer that you cannot return one that is still in the packaging. Hopefully it will somehow start to form to my neck but currently I would not recommend this

The pillow is extremely hard. Don't get me wrong, I like a firm pillow, but this is mattress-firm not pillow-firm. I would return it for a refund but in my excitement for the new pillow, I tore off the manufacturer labels so now I'm stuck with two very expensive and unusable pillows.

It’s way too hard. Not like my other ones I’ve purchased in the past.

The sale provided me with the chance to buy two pillows for the price of one. This year has been monstrous weather in the east so I have been staying at a hotel quite a bit and there's nothing like having your own pillow when you're away from home. I keep one in my car along with an overnight bag.

Have had a lot of neck problems and tried lots of different pillows and this one made a big difference with how my neck and back feel in the morning.

My husband has a neck injury and this pillow works perfectly for him.

I like a stiff pillow and this one is perfect. I used to wake up in the middle of the night trying to rearrange my pillows but this one, I’m sleeping through the night.
