suggestion is 2 capsules with meals up to three times daily. at 6 per day the 60 count bottle will only last 10 days. I saw no results. Sorry. I wanted it to help.

My husband is 31. I ordered TestoJack100 after coming across it in a search for hormonal balance. I decided to get this supplement to help balance my husbands hormones and help him to achieve a natural level of testosterone, rather than using synthetic hormones. The difference in his memory, energy and attitude are astounding. He didn’t have intimacy issues per se, but his cognitive ability was hindered in some ways, and he began to have unwanted weight gain in his middle area. This product has helped him be more focused and driven. It has also helped immensely with that little bit of weight that makes his pants a little too uncomfortable. He’s even dropped an inch or so without changing any habits and only adding this supplement to his regimen. I highly recommend this product!!

I bought 2356 a few months ago and it really increases your testone. Excellent results in a short time.

I have tryed many T boosters in the past and i am very disappointed with the ineffectiveness of this product. I did not notice anything when i initially started using this product. I decided to wait till i finished the product before making a review. In terms of muscle growth i did not get any stronger or lift more. I did however notice a great increase in fat loss. It however got to a point where i was going catabolic and losing muscle, but i am unsure if this is because of the product.

Not every supplement's effectiveness can be noticed, this one you will. Assuming I suppose the rest of the plumbing works :)

I tried this product for something other than the obvious benefit. (Although it didn’t hurt that either) At almost 50 with the natural loss of testosterone I was becoming really foggy mentally at times. I had been taking different forms of ginkgo biloba extract which helped some. After about a week of taking the TestoJack I noticed a dramatic difference in my concentration and just started feeling better overall with a more positive outlook.

I get the same desired affect with this one item as I did taking a combination of several other products. LJ100 its self is highly recommended. "Knock on wood," I wonder why that pop up into my mind?
