[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Thai Kitchen to make a marinade for chicken wings which turned out fantastic and I used it in chili and was very surprised with the flavor boost. Thai Kitchen has a salty flavor but there's also this tangy flavor I can't explain. I have never used anything like this before and I was very impressed with how complex Thai Kitchen Fish Sauce actually is. I will definitely be trying more recipes.

I made a honey sesame seed chicken and added about a tablespoon of fish sauce into the sauce and it was perfect. Wasn't too much of that fishy taste, but just right. I do not like the extra added water and sugar, but other than that, it is a great buy!

I use it for stir-fries, sauces, marinades, soups, basically anything where I want a little extra savory flavor. You also don't need much, so the bottle lasts a long time.
