I have a new fescue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a new fescue lawn. The soil is very poor backfill with high Ph in an arid climate. We are having a severe drought and are under rigid irrigation restrictions. I first spread Dirt Booster Plus in mid July and it was like magic for my lawn. I have just spread a second application in mid September with half rate 16-4-8 fertilizer. It works!
