About the Author

Michael Moreci is a screenwriter and bestselling comics author. His award-winning debut feature film, Revealer, premiered on Shudder in the summer of 2022. It's soon to be followed by Holiday Hold-Up, a crime comedy that Moreci co-directed/wrote. In the comics space, Moreci is the creator of the acclaimed gothic horror series The Plot, the werewolf drama Curse, the existential space opera Wasted Space, and the smash-hit sword-and-sorcery series Barbaric, He's also written for numerous legendary characters and properties, including Star Wars, Rick and Morty, Batman, Stranger Things, and more, and he co-hosts The Filmographers Podcast.

Jim Zub is a writer, artist, and art instructor based in Toronto, Canada. Over the past 20 years, he's worked for a diverse array of publishing, movie, and video game clients, including Marvel, DC Comics, Disney, Capcom, Hasbro, Cartoon Network, and Bandai-Namco. He juggles his time between being a freelance comic writer and a professor teaching drawing and storytelling courses in Seneca Polytechnic's award-winning animation program.

Jake Goldman is an Emmy-nominated writer based in the greater Los Angeles area. You might know him from his work at Netflix and Cartoon Network, or you might know him from real life, in which case, this entire biography section is meaningless and you can just ask him yourself. I don't know, maybe Jake's busy being a fancy Hollywood guy working on such shows as The Powerpuff Girls, Futurama, and When Good Pets Go Bad?! Alex Firer is an LA-based, Soviet-born writer whose credits include The Onion News Network, The Official Handbook of the Bowieverse, and a bunch of Rick and Morty comics: Birdperson, Nimbus, Rick's New Hat, you know, all those. Buy them if you want. Are all these bios just resumes? He used to work at an opera house in Boston if that helps. Yup. Salary: $1,000,000.

Erica Hayes has been working as a professional storyboard artist for four years, and has worked on all three seasons of Rick and Morty(TM). This is her first professional comic gig, for which she is very excited! Erica lives in LA with her boyfriend, Spencer, and two cats, Marcy and Finn.

Benjamin Dewey is a fan of Carl Sagan/science, guitars/stringed instruments, Motörhead/rock 'n' roll, Skyrim/Mass Effect and cats/animals. He lives in Milwaukie, Oregon, with a sweet woman named Lindsey and three feline mischief-machines.
