What's the difference between a mattress protector and a mattress pad? Purchasing a protector means you have the intention of preserving your investment by ensuring it won't be damaged. This is different than a pad, which is generally used to add cushioning.
Will your mattress protector make the mattress sleep hotter? The Casper mattress sleeps cool, and the protector is designed to do the same. The knit fabric features has an integrated spacer layer, so air flows through it easily to keep things nice and breezy.
How do I care for my mattress protector? For best results, machine wash on warm and tumble dry low. Heat drying could cause delamination and shrinkage. Avoid dry cleaning.
What is the 120-Night Trial? We believe you should actually sleep on a product to decide if you like it. So we give you 120 nights to test out all Casper products in your own home. If you don't love it, we'll give you a full refund.

A: Hi, B! We suggest using two twin XL mattress protectors, as using one king sized one will not allow the sides to move separately.

Q: Does this sleep hot? I’ve found with all mattresses protectors, unless using 100%cotton quilt as one as we are currently, they trap heat making any of the memory foam-like mattresses sleep hot

A: Our mattress protector was designed to feel just like the woven fabric from the top of our Casper mattress. The pores are large enough to let air flow through but too small for moisture to pass. This unique design prevents it from trapping heat and causing you to sleep hot!

A: While our waterproof protector does provide a synthetic environment which is fairly resistant to different allergens, it is not totally bed bug or dust mite proof. However, it is machine washable for regular cleaning!

Waterproof mattress, protector
The protector was like plastic. I tried to wash it out of the box and it took a day to dry. It’s not very good. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I just wanted to first say the team at Menlo Park mall is amazing. Every single person on the team worked together to make sure our purchasing experience was perfect. They not only helped us get the bed that was right for us, but they also we super kind and accommodating when we had an emergency that caused us to change our delivery time. We were dealing with so much all at once but they helped us through it and we are extremely grateful for their efforts , patience, and attention. In regards to the bed and frame: We love them both . I have really bad acid reflux and getting this adjustable mattress was a huge help in lowering the instances of acid reflux I experienced during the night. The bed itself is very comfy; I think we got the dream plus ( one of the ones that is officially approved by the chiropractor association). We strongly recommend working with the team at Menlo Park Mall. Every single one of them was super helpful to us ;w e went to the location and called multiple times to asking questions etc. so we ended up speaking to every group member on the team lol.
