A: Hello, to install: with two people, hook the elastic anchor bands around each corner at the foot of the mattress, gradually slide the base underneath the lifted mattress, hook the final two elastic anchor bands around the corners, then zip on the cover. May be OK if Granny's bed needs protection, but...
Don't buy this expecting any degree of comfort from the top - it's like sleeping on a tarp. Completely defeats the purpose of a premium mattress. We didn't need this kind of system anyway as we have no potential issues with bedbugs or whatever else thr product is supposed to protect the sleeper from - and the installation is a one-hour chose for 2 people with a king and plenty of manuevering room. We'd return it...if it was possible to get it back in the box.

Overpriced foe qualify;
This mattress pad had long strings all over it they caught in zipper. Impossible to put on mattress without tearing. Very stiff and plastic feeling. Had dirt on it in one place; maybe cardboard or a part of a leaf? Very expensive considering quality. .

The best protector I have tried so far

Didnt fit 14" full mattress
Beware - Did not fit my 14” full size mattress. I liked the idea, and item seemed like it would work well, if it would fit. I got it mostly zipped, but not without completely compressing the memory foam top of mattress to do it.

Terrible, cheap, low quality even A to z brand name (if you know what I mean) is way better quality than this trash. Super cheap zipper, and it makes noise. Its see through from the bottom. I expected some water proofing or something on all sides.

First install is difficult but end result is worth

Since this protects the mattress completely (bottom, top, all sides), you kinda need to shimmy the mattress left and right to get the bottom piece all the way from one side to the other. Maybe my mattress is a bit deeper but it was barely able to zip up. I really had to squish the mattress down on the edges. But wow once it is on, it looks great and you can't even feel/ hear the plastic waterproof lining.
