About the Author

I bought this, and another one by Marla Heller, from Target as a gift, and the receiver who wanted them LOVES them, and said that Marla Heller does an excellent job of explaining how this works. I recommend her books (since there are other authors with similar). The person using this now has lower blood pressure, lower blood sugar, and their doctor is overjoyed and talking about taking less medications. Also the gift receiver is now sleeping well and in less pain, so it’s a WIN!
