The Girl & The Dragon Malbec Red Wine - 750ml Bottle

This inky black wine was a little tight at first, but quickly revealed some wonderful blackberry fruits with a little smoky leather flavors. Very light tannins, Malbec of course. Great with dinner from the BBQ.

We had this Girl and Dragon along with another Malbec with out Pork rib dinner and they both were perfect pairs. This wine opens up with big fruit (mostly black fruits and a little leather). I found that it evolved nicely over an hour and a half. The finish wasn't too long but no off flavors, just food fruit. Winner for the price.

Rich and bold flavors of juicy plums and spice. Medium bodied. Low tannins and soft, smooth ending. Good value wine. Goes great with BBQ.

Great Malbec! Deep purple in color, this Malbec is full bodied, with notes of blackberry, blueberry, cherry, pepper and oak. It has a very smooth finish and is easy to drink.

This interesting Malbec is certainly a surprise for the price. The dark purple color is inviting and there were some notes of cola and dark berries on the nose. The cherry flavor came through on the palate and I also got just a hint of pepper. Even with light tannins, I think this wine would have stood up well against some spicier foods. I had it with chicken shawarma and it was very tasty!

It definitely had strong notes of dark fruit. As my friend and I drank it, it seem to smooth out very nicely...We paired it with a Italian pepper cheese. It’s a full body wine with berries and herbs.

Such a fun, delicious wine from Argentina! This is a bold malbec full of flavor. Notes of blackberry, plum, blueberry with hints of chocolate, strawberry, and raspberry. Yum! Girl And Dragon Malbec goes great with spicy dishes, pasta, or with appetizers of fun cheeses. Truly a delight and the bottle with the dragon drawing and name of the wine is cool. Definitely a conversation starter at a get together. Enjoy!

Love the design - elegant and empowering. The full-bodied, creamy red took me by surprise. Hints of vanilla, almond, smoky oak and cacao. Great to sip on by itself or with meats... Love this wine!

A verity of red fruits with notes of oaked coco. This will satisfy for a great after dinner sipper. Lasting finish over all would definitely buy again.

We had a cheese and wine pairing with the Tall Dark Stranger Malbec. We paired it with Blue Cheese and the whole tasting group loved it. Great Argentina wine, dark and rich.

I'm now a big fan of ordering wine from the Target website and picking it up in-store. It truly couldn't be any easier. Girl and Dragon Malbec is produced in Argentina, and it's a true representation of the variety. In the glass, it's a deep dark red. The nose is very expressive and the wine is fruit-forward on the palate, with dark berry notes. As the wine opened up, it got even smoother and more expressive. A very easy drinker!

This is a nice Malbec with just the right amount of boldness and a dark fruit finish. Perfect to pair with a steak or beef. Love the label!
