Stephanie Zinser is a medical journalist who has had articles published in the Daily Mail, Sunday Times, Telegraph and Mirror. She has suffered for over 10 years with ulcerative colitis, an extremely painful and embarrassing illness that finally needed surgery. She now wants to offer supportive advice to others in similar positions by bravely speaking out on the often ignored problem of lower gut disorders.
