Book Synopsis
A delightfully funny counting and rhyming book, starring a cheeky Scottie dog at a Scottish Highland Games.
Uh-oh! There's a great Highland Games chase afoot when Wee Rascal runs off with a delicious-looking hat! Dodging out-of-puff bagpipers, cake-covered grandads, runaway Highland cows and dizzy Scottish dancers, Wee Rascal leads an increasingly hilarious pursuit through a traditional Scottish Highland showground. Can anyone catch the mischievous puppy?
This quirky picture book is full of chaotic charm. With humorous text from Kate Abernethy and lively illustrations from Laura Darling, The Great Highland Games Chase is a fun, memorable read from Scotland.
