About the Author
Frank Hopkinson is the author of The Joy of Pubs and the National Trust's guide to beekeeping, as well as the photographer behind Remarkable Village Cricket Grounds-three topics that wouldn't be out of place in an episode of Midsomer Murders. With experience working on both arable and hop farms, Frank also conducted a rural housing survey during his final year at London University, exploring the Gloucestershire-Oxfordshire border. This background has given him a keen eye for the sorts of characters often found in DCI Barnaby's investigations.
