Despite only being in sixth grade, the paperboy discovers a shocking truth when he comes across a "Grudge List"-that someone on his route is a murderer.
Before Mike has figured out what to do with the information he uncovers, evil begins to pervade the neighborhood in earnest. And when an overzealous reporter who knows too many details of the crime scenes comes calling, Mike, the reporter, and the murder collide-exposing a yearbook with the murderer's plan front and center.
