I was so surprised at the great quality of these cushions. The price was amazing and timely delivery.

The Wicker Settee cushion is thick and pretty. I did not give it 5 stars because it is a little too short but a good price.

The cushion looks great on the seat. Fits perfect.

I tried to call to update my address several times. Kept getting hung up on no one ever answered.

I'm giving these cushions an """"average"""" due to the fact that they do not fit. They are both too short. The seaty cushion is 6"""" too short in length and the chair cushion is 4"""" too short. Trying to send them back has been impossible. Whoever read my last review didn't seem to like what I had to say and asked that I write another one. So here it is. I have 2 cushions that I have no use for and cannot get in touch with Lakeside Collections. I've been trying ever since I received them April 4, 2023. Noone answers. I get disconnected. I've been told the numbers are no longer in service. I tried again today. They said the """"wait time"""" was 1 min. Then came back on stating the """"wait time"""" was 3 mins. 17 min and 19 seconds went by before I hung up. On May 10, 2023, I sent the product order information along with a note about getting my refund and returning the cushions. I've heard nothing from Lakeside Collections. My cost for these cushions is $90. 71. I want a full refund for these. I will gladly send them back upon the receiving of a return label. You have my information. You really need to contact me. The cushions really are nice. I wish they would have fit.

I tried to cancel my order, same day I ordered, and could not. Was delivered 6 weeks later. I called for RMA, and cannot get threw. I do not want my order, and want to return for credit. NOT HAPPY!

They were truly lovely but did not fit as I had hoped, even though I measured before ordering. Also, it took a long time to receive them as I was given to believe they would not be coming. I was not disappointed in the quality just in the fit and how long it took to receive them. I did request a return label but haven't heard about it yet.

I bought a bench cushion and I am definitely pleased with the quality and the color of the cushion.

I bought these cushions a few weeks ago. The pattern is pretty, the material seems to be of good quality, and they are thick and comfortable.

I purchased 6 of these pillows on April 27, 2022. At the time, the product did not show low in stock or out of stock and I was able to order all 6 without issue. On May 11th I reached out to customer service to inquire about the status of my order. To which they replied,""""Due to the overwhelming response to our promotion offerings, there's been a delay in shipping. """" They also said the expected delivery is May 15th. When the pillows did not arrive on May 15th, I inquired about the status again. This time, I did not receive a response. One June 6th I received an email that the pillows had shipped. The company should not state,""""In-stock merchandise typically leaves our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days from the time we process your completed order"""" if they are not able to do so. It should not take almost 3 months for me to receive a product that was not low in stock or out of stock. I will not be ordering from this company again.

The pillows look nice and match my outdoor furniture beautifully. They took longer than expected to arrive as they were quickly placed on backorder.

I bought for a friend because of her back pain and she loves it. Uses on her desk chair for back support and eases her lower back pain.
