This book is the best idea, ever!

I bought two of these books for my grandchildren who love Legos. They've collected hundreds over the past few years and this book, an upcoming Christmas present, should put many of them to good use. We don't have to actually buy any more Legos, just put the ones we have to even better use. I looked through the book and it looks like so much fun. I know they are going to have a great time creating all these beautiful ornaments!

Celebrate Christmas Making Lego Ornaments

This book using the designs of Chris McVeigh was suggested for the holidays by a mention in the Thanksgiving issue of the magazine Family Circle. My grandchildren love Legos. The book offers 15 designs with great construction details taking many pages as well as color alternatives from the original design. I cannot wait to sit down with them to make these ornaments. The only downside I can see is perhaps the specialty Lego pieces may not be in the Legos that my grandchildren presently have. When we start to make them I will know whether this is a true downside or not. Target's price and shipping of this item were great. I received it sooner than expected.

The Lego Christmas ornament book

The book looks like a lot of fun I just wish it would have a set of lego blocks that went with it. Now I have to see if I can round up all the blocks needed for my grandsons. It's a very clever book I would enjoy making the ornaments myself.

Not exactly what I thought it was

It is for my grandson for Christmas, but it looks like there may be some pieces, he'll have to purchase separately to make the ornaments.
