I have never had the good fortune to spend time around or get to know horses, but thanks to Linda Drattell and her wonderful, whimsical poetry, I now know them better and have grown quite fond of their personalities. Her insightful and observant poems have given me a new perspective on these majestic creatures, and I find myself appreciating their beauty and grace more than ever! Linda is so clever and humorous that her poems will stick with you long after you finish enjoying them.
