Hayden Goodman is an African American painter, illustrator, and character artist born and raised in the wilderness of western Massachusetts. Now based in Connecticut, she works primarily in gouache, painting the witches, goblins and other mysterious creatures from the folklore of her childhood.
Clement C. Moore was a poet and scholar born in 1779, from New York City. He is the original author of the classic holiday tale "Twas the Night Before Christmas," which he dedicated to his nine children. Moore passed away in Newport, Rhode Island at the age of 83.
