I really like this product. I apply it before bed and it does give a nice hydration to my lips. I haven't had dry or chapped lips since starting this product so I do think it work. However the packaging is awful. It hard to get all the product out specially as it starts to running low. I literally had to pop off the top and use a q-tip to get the product out. I would only repurchase if the packaging changed.
meh. dont last

I was hopeful with this lip balm, but it didn't really do anything for me. It was thin and did not last very long on my lips, and I need more
Just use Aquaphor...waste of money.

I find this to be hydrating which is a shock considering how dry my lips are usually and the bad reviews. This product is so close to being perfect, but the consistency lets it down so much. I find that the thinness of the product makes it so that you have to reapply the product oftenly since it kind of just evaporates. I believe had they put some kind of a thickening agent in this lip balm, it would be the perfect product. Thankfully it's usable for me, but there are better lip balms out there for you to use. Maybe if they fix the formula i'd give it another try, but until then, i wouldn't buy this again.

This does what you hope will happen every time you lick your lips when they’re dry. Initially I was really thrown off by the thinness of this lip balm as it felt like it had evaporated when I first put it on but after I kept using it for a couple days it had fully saturated through my lips and gave them a really nice brightness and fullness I haven’t had in any other lip product. I’d still keep a thick lip balm on hand (Starface makes a really good one for this) to really lock in the moisture if dry or windy where you live but I really like this for summer or if I know I’m gonna be eating a lot cause it sinks right in. I can see why other people didn’t like it but give it time!
I usually love ordinary products but ..

I paid more than I would normally pay for a lip balm (my go to is bag balm) and this honestly horrible. Does nothing for my lips and they are dried out within 15 or less mins. I usually love the ordinary products and their quality, so I def wasn't expecting this
AMAZING!

Just a pre-warning: you have to wear a few times before it really starts to work. Works amazing smoothed out my lips so quickly. This lipbalm feels like it fades away after an hour or so but to me it feels more like it soaked in. I use twice a day and it works me wonders!!!

when I tell you I love chapstick I mean it the packaging alone caught my attention when I was in the store and I love chapstick so I'm like let me try something new. I used it for the first day and I'm like maybe I just gotta get used to it and over time it did less and less to the point where this literally became a concept chapstick like the stuff it's self does nothing it just sits there I can't beg you enough to not waste your money

I love the ordinary dont get me wrong. But i also have a lipbalm and honestly anything that will moisturize my lips addiction. Ive tried HUNDREDS and am an avid finisher of my lip products. I was really excited to try this product bc looked cute and ive had good experiences with the ordinary's product but i was so disappointed. Like BEYOND disappointed. The texture was bad, often reminiscent of the worst lip products ive tried. I thought okay lets just get through it though bc texture doesnt always mean its bad - i was also wrong. It didnt do Anything for my lips. I had to constantly reapply (and thats coming from a chronic reapplier), it left my lips feeling gritty? Like the same feeling of when your lips are peeling but you have stuff over it. Overall , it was a cheap product and jm not just talking about the price.
Love it

I picked this lip balm up on a whim in the checkout line, and have found an absolute gem. This is the best hydrating lip product I've ever used. I'm somebody who has dry lips year-round, and after a few uses, I noticed my lips are considerably more hydrated and soft. I'm somebody who never writes reviews about anything, but this product is absolutely worth a try if you have dry lips. And the price point is honestly so fair for the quality!

Was rly excited to try this product bc it was everywhere but was disappointed with the formula. I don't like it for the same reason I don't like aquaphor or petroleum as lip balm bc it's soooo thin. Doesn't last at all and isn't moisturizing for dry lips. It's only really good for using under thick glosses or lipsticks
How is it super shiny but also not hydrating at all?

Put it on, looks glossy and cute but wears off super fast and makes my lips feel dryer than before. Tragic.
