It’s not overpowering, so it works well on pretty much anything from eggs to soups. The flavor leans more vinegar forward, which makes it versatile, but if you’re looking for something bold and complex, this may feel a bit light. One thing to watch out for is the sodium it’s on the higher side, so a little goes a long way.

I was about to buy one cause in this house we cant eat without hoy sauce of course.. i usually like this kind to eat with my plantain chips.. It is not too hot perfecto for toping any plate.. appreciated it very much the carefully packing they did… once u got one of this you wont eat anything without it… of course if u like hot sauces..

It cuts through savory flavors so well and its the perfect amount of spice. Not burning your mouth unpleasant spice but also not just a tomato salsa flavor either. Would also be great as a base for a buffalo sauce.
