Broken pieces in poles and stitching coming apart. Emailed customer service twice to hopefully be able to resolve and no response!

3 stars for how cute and visually appealing it is. My baby loves it but unfortunately it is constantly collapsing. I don’t know if I got a defective one but the poles will not stay in and the arch’s are constantly falling down. It’s a shame.

The quality is nice and I like that it is easy to clean/throw in the wash.

So entertaining with all the different toys and little hidden components on the mat. Even my two year old granddaughter loves it. Very safe, everything is covered well with no small objects.

Super cute. This could go for boy or girl. My daughter loves it and even makes the spacecraft noises while playing since her older brothers do. Big surface area for baby to lay and grown with and the plush toys are easily reachable. Definitely would recommend...

Only complaint is that it’s not very durable, can break down easily. So just make sure it doesn’t collapse on your baby, if your baby moves a lot.
