The Cassia Bucket is part of our Heritage collection, styles inspired by archival designs that celebrate the global legacy of our brand. Each bag is made from vegetable-dyed leather and hand-woven, all-natural rattan inspired by the patterns used in vintage Balinese sleeping mats. They are lined in an upcycled fabric with a unique, one-of-a-kind batik print.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very pleased with my newest the sak. This is a lovely design, well made with a focus on the ability to carry everything needed for a day out. The quality of the leather is what I’ve come to expect from any purchase from the sak. I did need to add some holes to the strap due to it being too long for me.

This is such a handsome design but a section of the basket is cracked and the leather is not great, I’m so disappointed, the fit and finish on all other Sak items I’ve owned has been very good. The strap in particular is made of thin, stiff wrinkly leather one associates with inexpensive bags. A good looking bag from a distance, up close it’s cheap looking. The basket weave is stiff and brittle, the bag should be treated gently. Definitely not a purse for everyday use.
