Product ok, not as pictured; customer service abominable
The petit fours are as you'd expect from Swiss Colony: reasonable quality for the price (fresh from a bakery could easily be triple the price). The assortment in my 72 piece box was not proportional to the picture: more chocolate and fewer fruit and other flavors. But the worst thing about my order was that it was lost or returned and I wasn't told and when I could see it wasn't received by FedEx, the "customer service" person was unhelpful, just telling me it would be received, although it was a few days that it hadn't been received by FedEx even though SC showed it as sent. Many phone calls, many holds, multiple emails and the problem was not fixed. Since these were for a wedding, I ordered a replacement order a couple of days later, luckily, since the first order never arrived. Customer service could have cared less and while they refunded me the difference on shipping, for the many hours and anxiety, they could have done more. Customer service on the phone was quite frustrating. More than once I was on the phone for over 15 minutes only to be told I was speaking to the wrong department. There's more but this is too long already. So while the product is ok, I wouldn't recommend anything at SC in case something goes wrong, unless you order weeks in advance. And two stars being an average of three for product, one for service.

This product is loved by all. I send it to about 10 or 12 addresses each Christmas. In this case, my grandson and family were visiting us for a week and I wanted to have something special as a 'treat' during their visit. (I also like this item, and expected to share it with them.) But when ordering, I mis-judged the shipping time and it arrived the afternoon prior to their departing for home. (I should have ordered faster delivery.) As a result, I handed them the package (unopened) to take home. GOOD for THEM, not so good for me. I am sure they enjoyed the error on my part.

I always enjoy getting your petit fours.
I I used the Petits Fours at a bridal shower for my future daughter-in-law. Everyone who tried them told me they were good and asked me if I made them. I do decorated cakes, but I do not like making petit fours because they are so time-consuming. So I did say that they came from Swiss colony. I have gotten many of your products over the years and I always am very pleased with what I get.

I would not buy this again
The product was not moist. Very dry cake and very crumbly. Not worth the price of 19.99 plus shipping that is outrageous. Total 31.99 for the smallest box of these! Never again. Bad service Siwss Colony, of already overpriced products.. 24 1inch by 1inch cakes..... wow
